1.Introduction
This Membership Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the vibox premium streaming membership service (“Service”) operated by ViBox Team (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By subscribing to our premium membership, you gain access to enhanced video streaming features, ad-free viewing, high-definition content, and exclusive entertainment options. Please read this Agreement carefully before activating your VIP subscription.
2.Service Description
vibox premium membership provides enhanced video streaming services and exclusive viewing benefits:
- Premium Video Quality - Access to 4K Ultra HD and HDR content streaming
- Ad-Free Experience - Enjoy uninterrupted viewing without advertisements
- Exclusive Content - Early access to new releases and premium-only shows
- Multiple Device Support - Stream on unlimited devices with sync across platforms
- Enhanced Features - Advanced playback controls, offline downloads, and quality selection
- Priority Streaming - Faster loading times and priority server access during peak hours
- Virtual Currency - Coins to unlock premium content and special features (where applicable)
- Personalized Experience - Enhanced recommendation algorithms and custom playlists
All membership benefits are digital services that activate immediately upon successful subscription. Premium memberships are available in monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with convenient auto-renewal options.
3.Payments
- Users can make purchases through in-app billing via Google Play Store or Apple App Store
- All payments must be authorized through your linked Google or Apple account
- The prices for VIP, virtual coins, and other digital goods are displayed in the app and are subject to change
- Any price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed
- Payment is due in advance for each billing period
4.Auto-Renewal Terms
- If you opt for auto-renewal, the system will automatically charge your payment account 24 hours before the current subscription period expires
- The auto-renewal will remain in effect unless and until you cancel it
- The renewal period will match the current subscription term (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.)
- Auto-renewal charges will be processed through your Google Play or Apple App Store account
5.Canceling Auto-Renewal
- You can cancel auto-renewal at any time via your Google Play “Subscriptions” settings or Apple App Store account settings
- After cancellation, your VIP privileges will remain valid until the end of the current billing cycle
- You will not be charged for the next period after cancellation
- To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal time
6.Nature of Virtual Goods
- All VIP services, virtual coins, and other items are digital goods with no real-world monetary value
- Virtual goods cannot be cashed out, transferred, or exchanged for legal currency
- These virtual items are valid only within the vibox app and cannot be used in other apps or services
- Virtual currency can be used within the app to unlock content or features and becomes effective immediately after purchase
- Virtual currency cannot be exchanged for real money, refunded, or transferred
7.Pricing and Adjustments
- The price of VIP services and virtual currency is displayed in the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and within the app interface
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with appropriate notice
- Any changes will be communicated in advance within the app and will take effect on the next billing cycle
- If you disagree with the updated pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal
- Price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed
8.Refund Policy
- All VIP subscriptions and virtual goods are digital products that take effect immediately upon purchase and are generally non-refundable
- According to Google Play and Apple App Store policies, all purchases of digital goods are non-refundable unless there is a clear technical error or unauthorized charge
- If you believe there has been a mistaken charge, duplicate charge, or you did not receive your purchased item, you must contact us within 48 hours at vibox@vibox.com
- We will investigate and resolve valid claims promptly
- Accounts found to be involved in fraudulent purchases may be suspended or terminated, and the related content may be revoked
9.User Responsibilities
As a premium member of vibox streaming services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate account information and keep your profile updated
- Keep your login credentials secure and do not share with others
- Use streaming services only for personal, non-commercial viewing
- Respect copyright and intellectual property rights of all video content
- Not record, download, or redistribute any streaming content
- Not share your premium account or allow unauthorized access to benefits
- Not attempt to bypass content protection, DRM, or geographic restrictions
- Not use automated tools or bots to access the streaming service
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding digital content consumption
10.Account Security
- All purchases must be made by the account holder
- Please safeguard your account information and payment details
- We are not responsible for any losses due to account hacking, device loss, unauthorized access, or third-party misuse
- If we detect unusual activity, suspicious purchases, or security breaches, we may suspend services and request verification
- If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account and take further action if necessary
11.Content and Availability
- Regional Availability - Streaming content may vary by geographic location due to licensing agreements
- Content Updates - Our content library is regularly updated with new movies, shows, and exclusive releases
- Quality Assurance - We strive to provide high-quality HD/4K streaming but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to internet connectivity or technical factors
- Content Changes - Premium content and features may be modified, updated, or discontinued based on licensing terms
- Content Removal - We may remove or modify content for legal compliance, licensing expiration, or technical reasons
- Streaming Performance - Video quality may automatically adjust based on your internet connection and device capabilities
12.Intellectual Property
All streaming content, including movies, TV shows, documentaries, user interface, logos, and trademarks, belongs to us or our content licensors. As a premium member, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to stream and view content for personal, non-commercial use only.
Content Usage Rights
- Premium membership grants access to stream licensed content for personal viewing
- Content may not be downloaded, recorded, copied, or redistributed without authorization
- All video content remains the property of respective copyright holders
- Unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited
User-Generated Content (If Applicable)
For any content you may upload (such as profile pictures or reviews), you warrant that such content does not infringe third-party rights and grant us a global, non-exclusive license to use such content in connection with our streaming services.
13.Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time
- You may cancel your subscription through your app store account settings
- We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms
- Upon termination, your access to VIP services will be discontinued
- Unused virtual currency and remaining subscription time are non-refundable upon termination
14.Disclaimer
We strive for stability and quality but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access or the safety of third-party links. Service access may be limited in certain jurisdictions due to legal or technical restrictions. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
15.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement is governed by Brazilian law
- Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation
- If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Brazil
- Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith discussions before pursuing legal action
16.Changes to the Agreement
- We reserve the right to update or revise this Agreement at any time
- All updates will be announced within the vibox app and will take effect immediately
- Major changes will be notified via app notifications and email (if registered)
- Continued use of the membership services after a change means you accept the updated Agreement
- If you disagree with any changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect
